David Andrew Nichols

64 (9/17/1960-05/07/2025) died peacefully after being a medical miracle. He lived a full ten years after doctors gave him only one year (02/2015).He is survived by his brother, Shawn Michael Nichols (Lawrence), his stepdaughter Dawn Gaines (Dave) and his grandchildren Kyle and Karli (goddaughter).He is predeceased by his parents, Carol Willis Nichols and John Andrew Nichols, and his stepsister, Theodora Vombrack Kaczmarek.Dave survived the last ten years through loving support from his immediate family, wonderful, loyal and patient friends, and co-workers at Aircraft Propeller. He was very grateful though may not have expressed it well. Dave’s wishes were that you remember him as he was, as he wanted no service or memorial. If you wish to make a donation in his name, please do so to your local grade school. Dave was a fundraiser for kids’ supplies, books, and extra teachers for Art and Gym, with his motorcycle club. May Dave rest in peace.
