Pre-Planned Cremation Services

We offer pre-planning not pre-payment. You can fill out our forms for yourself or if you are the next of kin for a loved one. When we receive the forms back, we can lock in the price at $1495 or $1395 for veterans.

The documents can be filled out through Docusign, mailed or in person.

Next of Kin

Is there a Power of Attorney for Healthcare? Yes. We will need a copy provided to us. We do not need anyone else to sign.

If there is no Power of attorney for Healthcare the order of Next of Kin is as follows:

  • Spouse through Marriage.

  • Adult Children over the age of 18.

  • Parents of deceased.

  • All siblings of the deceased.

Next closest relative (grandparents, aunt or uncle not through marriage.
